To rebuild
an existing machine or component part requires attention to service
and special needs. A recent rebuilt part for an Illinois based
food processing line illustrates the point.
We visited the
midnight shift to diagnose the problem on site during a
planned down time in production. The part was eventually taken
to our facility where our team reverse engineered it
and made an important discovery. The solution was identified, the
materials procured, and the rebuilt component was inspected, then
tested, before installation. The machine was back in service
on time.
It is our goal to enhance the performance
and durability of existing technology through re-engineering
and manufacturing.
